Wildflowers
The WildFlowers Ladies Golf Association brings women together to enjoy golf, build friendships, and improve their games through friendly competition and social play. The group welcomes women golfers ages 18 and older, and membership at Wildwood Green Golf Club is not required.
The WildFlowers offer two weekly opportunities to play:
- Tuesday League Games: Organized 18-hole competitions from March through October, featuring different games throughout the season. An established USGA Handicap Index is required, and the league’s bylaws specify an index of 40.0 or lower to join.
- Thursday Social Play: Year-round golf focused on enjoying the course and spending time with fellow players. Thursday play also accommodates women who prefer to play nine holes.
- For 2027, league shotgun starts are scheduled approximately 2½ hours after the course’s first tee time. Please check each play date’s listing for the scheduled start and arrive 30 minutes before play.
- Prospective members may play with the WildFlowers
up to three times before joining, giving you an opportunity to meet the group and experience league or social play.
Annual WildFlowers Dues:
- $20, with two optional activities available:
- Hole-in-One Fund — $5: Participating members who record a qualifying hole-in-one during Tuesday league play share in the fund according to the league’s rules.
- Ringers Game — $5: Track your best score on each hole throughout the season and see how your game improves.
- The Tuesday competition entry fee is $3.25 per player: $3 supports the weekly game payouts, and 25¢ goes into the chip-in pot. The chip-in pot is divided among qualifying chip-ins and carries forward when there are none.
To join the WildFlowers:

- Contact Carter Gerwitz at carter@wildwoodgreen.com to arrange payment of your annual dues and any optional activities you wish to join.

Wild Working Women
The Wild Working Women (WWW) enjoy nine holes of golf on Thursday evenings, offering a welcoming way to meet other women, enjoy friendly competition, and fit more golf into a busy schedule. Whether you cannot play during the day or simply want an extra round during the week, WWW is a great opportunity to get out on the course.
The league features match play and stroke play competitions using a flex handicap, so an established USGA Handicap Index is not required.
The fun continues after golf! Participants gather for food, drinks, and socializing at the clubhouse, a participant’s home, or a local restaurant.

Gaggle
The Gaggle brings golfers together on Mondays and Wednesdays for friendly competition and camaraderie at Wildwood Green. Playing by a shared set of rules, maintaining accurate handicaps, and keeping a steady pace help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The entry fee is $10 per golfer, plus any applicable green and cart fees. The Golf Shop organizes different team games using players’ handicaps, including two net scores of three, one gross and one net, and points games. A 100% handicap allowance is used for team games.
Participation requirements vary by day:
- Monday: Open to players across handicap levels. Players who do not meet the Wednesday handicap requirements may sign up within one week of the play date, subject to availability.
- Wednesday: Players must have an established USGA Handicap Index of 23.6 or lower and play from a tee that gives them a Playing Handicap of 18 or lower.
All participants must use Golf Genius to sign up and be able to keep score using the Golf Genius app. Accurate handicaps are essential to fair competition, and every player is responsible for maintaining their handicap through timely and accurate score posting.
Pace of play is a participation requirement:
Players must be able to complete 18 holes in 4 hours and 16 minutes or less and keep up with the group ahead. On cart path-only days, players must still be able to keep pace with their playing partners. Please play ready golf, prepare for your shot while others are playing, limit unnecessary delays, and move promptly between shots. Every group is responsible for monitoring its pace without waiting for a staff reminder. When a group falls behind, rangers will work to restore its position through the following process:
- Initial warning: The ranger will notify the group that it is behind and ask players to increase their pace and close the gap.
- Final warning: If sufficient progress is not made, the ranger will issue a final warning and explain that the group may be required to skip a hole.
- Skip a hole: If the group still cannot regain its position, the ranger will direct it to skip a hole and move forward.
Please respond promptly and respectfully to ranger instructions. Keeping the Gaggle moving protects the experience of both participants and the golfers playing behind them.

- Use the Registration Portal and complete your league registration.
- Once registered, you will begin receiving sign-up emails for upcoming play dates.

Men's Golf Association League
The Men’s Golf Association (MGA) offers Wildwood Green’s male members an opportunity to enjoy friendly competition, meet other members, and unwind with nine holes on Wednesday evenings. The league is open to male members with an established GHIN handicap, with different individual and team formats played throughout the season.
The 2027 season begins Wednesday, May 5, and weekly play continues through September 29, followed by our Year-End Skins Event on Sunday, October 3. You may register at any point during the season and play as often as your schedule allows—there is no weekly attendance requirement.
Tee times change throughout the season to accommodate daylight:
- May 5:00 PM
- June and July 5:30 PM
- August 5:00 PM
- September 4:30 PM
Weekly pairings and formats are determined by the Club. The weekly entry fee is $10 per player, payable in cash before play. This entry supports the weekly competition, gross skins, and net skins. Closest-to-the-pin contests will also be offered when available, with prizes varying throughout the season. Season standings reward both participation and performance. Every player earns one point each week they participate, plus additional points based on their finish in the weekly competition. Prizes will be awarded to the first-, second-, and third-place finishers in the final season standings.
Our Year-End Skins Event takes place Sunday, October 3, 2027, with tee times beginning at 10:30 AM. Any member who participates in at least one MGA league date during the season is eligible, regardless of their position in the standings. The entry fee is $20 cash, with $10 going toward gross skins and $10 toward net skins. Eligible players must sign up separately when registration opens for the event.
Players are responsible for posting their own eligible scores. Golf Genius will not automatically post MGA scores because many weekly formats are not eligible for handicap posting. When the format is eligible, please post your score to GHIN.

WildOats League
The WildOats is open to Wildwood Green’s male members ages 50 and older, offering friendly competition and camaraderie throughout the year. The league plays on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with shotgun starts scheduled 2½ hours after the course’s first tee time. Starting times vary with the seasons.
The standard game is two best balls from teams of three or four players, depending on participation. The Golf Shop determines teams, collects the $5 entry fee before play, and distributes winnings after the round. There are no separate WildOats membership dues. Any additional fees for special events will be announced in advance. The WildOats also participate in the Spring and Fall Jack & Jill events with the WildFlowers.
Pace of play is a priority. Our goal is 4 hours and 16 minutes or less for 18 holes. Every group is responsible for monitoring its pace and keeping up with the group ahead. Play ready golf, be prepared when it is your turn, limit unnecessary delays, and pick up when your score can no longer help your team.
Our rangers help keep the entire course moving. When a group falls behind, the goal is to help it regain position through the following process:
- Initial warning: The ranger will notify the group that it is behind and ask players to increase their pace and close the gap.
- Final warning: If sufficient progress is not made, the ranger will issue a final warning and explain that the group may be required to skip a hole.
- Skip a hole: If the group still cannot regain its position, the ranger will direct it to skip a hole and move forward to restore proper spacing.
Please respond promptly and respectfully to ranger instructions. Groups should monitor and improve their pace throughout the round without waiting for a reminder. Everyone’s cooperation helps protect the experience of both league participants and the golfers playing behind them.
Additional guidelines for regular league play:
- Conceded putts: Putts within 15 inches of the hole are given. Players should mark their putters at 15 inches to measure consistently.
- Incomplete teams: The Golf Shop will assign a blind draw when needed. A player selected as a blind draw may pay an additional $5 to share in any winnings earned by the second team.
- Leaving early: If a player leaves before completing the round, a net double bogey will be recorded for each remaining hole.

leagues for everyone
SWAT / Medalist
WAT/Medalist combines team competition and individual gross scoring into one round at Wildwood Green. With a field limited to 16 players, participants compete in both games at the same time.
The entry fee is $20 cash per player, split equally between the two competitions:
- $10 for SWAT
- $10 for Medalist
SWAT stands for “Singles Without a Time.”
Players compete on four-person teams, counting one gross score and one net score on each hole from two different players. The same player’s ball cannot count for both scores. The SWAT handicap allowance is 90% of each player’s Course Handicap.
SWAT is a match-play competition against every other team simultaneously, with team scores compared hole by hole. The front nine and back nine are separate competitions, and only the first-place team on each nine receives a payout. Of each player’s $10 SWAT entry, $5 goes into the front-nine prize pool and $5 into the back-nine prize pool.
Medalist is an individual gross competition played alongside the SWAT game. Players compete based on their total gross score, with the top 33% of the field receiving a payout.
SWAT/Medalist dates coincide with Clubwide Skins Days. Participants may pay an additional $20 to enter the clubwide skins competition, bringing their total entry to $40 cash if playing all three games.
Normal USGA Rules and the Club’s Local Rules apply unless otherwise specified. The maximum score on any hole is net double bogey. All putts must be holed until that maximum is reached—no gimmies or conceded putts.
To register for the league, visit the SWAT/Medalist Registration & League Portal — GGID: VCBW4F — and complete your league registration. This is the first step before signing up for individual play dates.
